had to call up citibank singapore to sort out credit card issues to do with my school fess....
which unfortunately are not resolved.
anyway, the customer service chick had such a "TEH" voice,
i was squirming in my seat trying to converse with her.
she has those type of voice which you will associate with a "typical" SQ stewardess, a bit breathy.
not that i'm implying all SQ girls are, most are not anyway...
So,
i think it was the breathy voice which was so polite that got me so turned off.
reminds me of Fann Wong's singing.

or maybe i've just not heard a polite voice on the other end of the phone for a long time.
