[the people+the pee]
the day after the 40th notting hill festival and everywhere looks like crap.
even after a supposedly big clean-up, my usual route to and from the bustop now is strewn with SO much rubbish.
there's a pile of ash sitting on the pavement, random chicken bone strewn around, spots of flattened horse dung squashed flat into the tarmac, dried stains of pee everywhere!!!!
i'm now praying for a thunderstorm to wash all this crap away.....
yesterday, the music point down the road was blasting so much bass that my windows started to vibrate...then later the whole flat was vibrating too!
thought i was going to go mad, then i decided to go grab some food.
only thing i liked best about the festival was the 7 for 2.50pounds "saltfish fritters".
nothing else about the festival impressed me.
bah!
it was my first and last time i will be around for it.
